Mass Flow Meter (ATEX Approval)
A mass flow meter is a device that measures the mass of fluid traveling through a tube, in accordance with the Coriolis Principle. A Coriolis Mass Flow Meter can directly measure the fluid mass flow, and has a significant influence on the processing and measuring methods in the energy and chemical industries.

Flow Sensor
The flow sensor is a phase-sensitive resonant sensor based on the Coriolis effect. It is composed of a vibration tube, signal detector, concussion driver, structural support, and housing.
Calibration System
The calibration system is designed according to the highest standards of calibration. It has been audited by the Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Metrology and has obtained the "static quality method" verification certificate for water flow standard devices. The key weighing instrument used is from Germany and has a precision of 0.02%, ensuring the accuracy of the calibration. The system features multiple pipeline lines to cater to a wide range of flow rates. Full software control, real-time report output, reduces manual intervention, and improves work efficiency.
Transmitter
The flow transmitter is a microprocessor-centered electronic system that supplies driving force to the sensor. It transforms the sensor signal into a mass flow signal and improves measurement accuracy based on temperature parameters. The transmitter is composed of a switching power supply, safety grating, core processor board, display module, etc., and is installed in an explosion-proof junction box. The switching power supply powers the transmitter, while the safety grating intrinsically isolates the flow sensor and transmitter. The core processor detects and processes the sensor phase signal, sends mass flow signals, and facilitates process communication.
Y Series Preset Valves
The Y-series mechanically actuated preset valves are available in sizes ranging from 2" to 4" and are designed for mounting on the meter outlet. They provide a tight shutoff with smooth and easy operation, regardless of system line pressure. The valves can be manually operated or connected via a mechanical linkage to a preset counter on the meter for single-stage closure or two-stage closure to eliminate hydraulic shock.
