Operationalprinciple:
The pump ispositive displacement vane pump,which depends on the centrifugal sliding ofthe vane. The flow is related tothe shaft speed. The inner surface of thestator is made of the originalcomposite curve. The stator is composed of tensealed chamber with the rotor,the baffle and the vane. Because the statorsurface is a compound curve, whenthe rotor is rotating,the volume of thechamber is gradually increased to form anegative pressure, suction isgenerated, so that the oil is sucked in.When therotor rotates a certain angle,the volume decreases gradually, and the oil ishydraulic output. There is anoil block between the suction chamber and thepressure chamber to separate thesuction chamber from the pressure chamber. Thevane is tightly attached to theinner surface of the stator by centrifugal forceand two baffle structures, sothat the pump can work normally under ratedcondition.
