Features:

Produced in accordance with EN14125 standards, these pipes operate in a temperature range of -40°C to 50°C, have virtually zero leakage and a burst pressure of more than 40 bar, ensuring a high level of safety.

The electric fusion welding process system is used to connect pipes and fittings to form a seamless buried pipeline engineering system.

All leak paths from underground storage tanks to fuel pumps are eliminated, ensuring complete protection against groundwater ingress and eliminating the possibility of fuel leaks into the environment.

The pipes specialized material can be used with various types of fuels, ethanol blends and additives, ensuring compatibility with all fuel types that may be encountered worldwide.

No concrete trench is required as HDPE has the structural resistance to backfill weight and dynamic traffic loads; 30 years of experience has shown no material failure or natural deterioration of the pipe.

Several tests simulating fuel flow were conducted showing that non-conductive pipes offer significant safety in terms of electrostatic discharge risk; they do not act as a source of ignition and are a safe choice from an electrostatic discharge risk perspective.

A number of electrofusion fittings are available that provide greater flexibility and control over pipe layout by facilitating changes in direction and diameter.
