参数说明

Installation Process:

  1. Electronic Label Recognition Sensor: This sensor is strategically mounted on the fueling gun, ensuring it can accurately detect and read electronic labels during the fueling process.

  2. Anti-Tampering Electronic Label: An anti-tampering electronic label is securely installed on the side of the vehicle's refueling port. This label contains vital information about the vehicle, such as its ID number, and serves as a secure identifier.

  3. Wireless Data Gateway: The wireless data gateway acts as a communication bridge between the sensor and the gas station's control system. It's connected to the control system, facilitating seamless data transfer.

System Operation:

  1. Automatic Wake-Up Mechanism: The e-label recognition sensor is equipped with an attitude sensor that automatically wakes up when it detects movement of the fuel gun, indicating that a fueling operation is about to commence.

  2. Label Information Reading: The sensor then reads the tamper-proof electronic label information located near the automobile's refueling port. This information is crucial for authentication and authorization purposes.

  3. Data Transmission: The e-label recognition sensor transmits the read label information through the wireless data gateway to the gas station's control system. This ensures that the control system has access to the latest and most accurate vehicle data.

  4. Authorization Check: The gas station's control system cross-references the transmitted vehicle tag information with the server's database to confirm whether the vehicle is authorized to refuel.

How To Use:

  1. Insert Fuel Card: The user starts by inserting their fuel card into the fuel dispenser. This card contains the user's account information and is used for billing purposes.

  2. Transmit Fuel Card Information: The fuel dispenser captures the fuel card information (e.g., card number or user details) and sends it to the back-end control system for verification and billing setup.

  3. Activate RFID Sensor: The user then inserts and wakes up the RFID identification sensor, which is part of the fueling gun or mounted nearby. This sensor accesses and verifies the vehicle's electronic tag details.

  4. Transmit Vehicle Tag Information: During the verification process, the vehicle's tag information is transmitted to the back-end control system. The system checks this information against its database to confirm the vehicle's identity and authorization status.

  5. Initiate Refueling: Once the wireless communication between the vehicle's tag and the refueling gun is successfully established, and the vehicle is authorized to refuel, the fueling process begins.

  6. Complete Refueling: After the desired amount of fuel has been dispensed, the user lifts the fuel gun and hooks it back up to the fuel dispenser, completing the fueling process.
