Installation and Workflow of the Electronic Label Recognition System

1. Electronic Label Recognition Sensor on the Fueling Gun

2. Anti-Tampering Electronic Label on the Vehicle Refueling Port

  • Adjacent to the vehicle's refueling port, a robust anti-tampering electronic label is installed. This compact yet powerful tag houses the vehicle's identity information, providing a reliable basis for fueling verification.

3. Connection of the Wireless Data Gateway

  • Acting as the communication conduit for sensor data, the wireless data gateway is seamlessly connected to the gas station's control system. It ensures high-speed, stable data transmission, laying the foundation for real-time fueling permission validation.

4. Automatic Wake-up and Data Reading

  • Upon detecting the operation of the fueling gun, the built-in attitude sensor automatically awakens the electronic label recognition sensor. The sensor then promptly captures and reads the information from the anti-tampering electronic label located near the vehicle's refueling port.

5. Data Transmission and Verification

  • The retrieved label information is swiftly transmitted to the gas station's control system via the wireless data gateway. How To Use the Fueling System with RFID Identification

Step 1: Insert the Fuel Card

  • Begin by inserting your fuel card into the fuel dispenser. This action initiates the fueling process and prepares the system for your transaction.

Step 2: Card Information Transmission

  • The fuel dispenser automatically transmits the fuel card information, such as the card number or user details, to the back-end control system. This ensures that your identity and account are properly identified and authorized for fueling.

Step 3: Insert and Wake Up the RFID Identification Sensor

  • Next, insert and activate the RFID identification sensor. This sensor is designed to access and verify the unique details of the vehicle's tag, such as its ID number. The sensor's automatic wake-up feature ensures a seamless and efficient verification process.

Step 4: Vehicle Tag Information Transmission

  • During the verification process, the vehicle's tag information is transmitted to the back-end control system. This critical step ensures that the vehicle's identity is confirmed and matches the information associated with the fuel card.

Step 5: Successful Wireless Communication and Refueling

  • Once the wireless communication between the vehicle and the refueling gun is established and confirmed as successful, the refueling process will commence. This ensures that only authorized vehicles can receive fuel, enhancing the security and accuracy of the fueling system.

Step 6: Completion and Hook-up

  • After the refueling is completed, simply lift the gun and hook it back up to the fuel dispenser. This action concludes the fueling transaction and prepares the dispenser for the next customer.
